Hurt & Proffitt provided professional services for the headquarters of the start-up financial institution, Select Bank. The two-story, 13,557 SF bank building is located in Forest, Virginia on a 1.58 acre lot. In the initial phase of the project, Hurt & Proffitt provided planning and design services for a temporary bank facility located on an adjacent lot. After approvals and permits were obtained for the temporary structure, Hurt & Proffitt began the design for the main site.
Hurt & Proffitt provided topographic survey, site design, erosion and sediment control planning, stormwater design, utility design, project management, and construction administration.
